I got the card yesterday. Apparently I need to have yet another form though. I'll call my NPIP man tomorrow morning and request a stack of those forms. Sigh. I thought it all came together once you got the testing done. Apparently it is a seperate form you must request.

Can they be shipped without that additional form or do you need to wait? Is it something that you can send me later or not? Just let me know.

I think I HAVE to have the form with the actual birds when I ship them. That's why I haven't shipped any prior to this. I will call the NPIP man tomorrow and ask him. Stay tuned. The county ag office isn't far from where I work, so it may be that I can just run by one day this week and pick them up.
