Sundown, I am SO SORRY. She has absolutely no right to say that, and I believe that you have the right to post that name. She is running a business, she has bad customer service. She sent you "show quality" birds that were actually deformed. And it's sad that a breeder would be able to produce birds of that quality in her line, and "not realize it". I might be able to understand her not being able to afford a full refund -- but saying that "you got what you wanted" is ridiculous. Is she just not giving you a refund, then?
