I have 3 Buff Orpingtons and they have been out in their new coop for about 2 weeks. I noticed last week that 2 of them had a little sore on the top of their beaks. I figured it was probably from them pecking through the hardware cloth they do that a lot chasing after mosquitos. So one of them has already healed up but tonight when I went out to talk to them the other buffs beak has gotten a lot worse. I go out to see them multiple times through the day and it wasn't like this earlier this afternoon so I am guessing she must have caught it on something. So I brought her inside and put a little ointment on it but I don't know of any other options. So do I need to separate her from the others til she heels? I put her back out there for the night cause they were already going to roost so I thought she would be ok. So does anyone have any suggestions on anything else I can do for her? Thanks
