Buff x Chinese Ringneck Cross?

[Choctaw Valley Farm]

I hate to do this but my Buff hen died and I have not been able to find another one, so my question is we have lots of Chinese Ringneck hens what would I get from this cross? does this work the same way as Peafowl?

Buff Ringneck Male x Chinese Ringneck Hen = ????

Any ideas?

At this link is a genetic calculator for ringnecks. You will get 50/50 Buff and Ringneck. The ringnecks from the cross will carry the buff gene but not express it.
