Buffs and heat

Is summer hear, like this dry Texas heat, harsh on buffs?
Noticed a couple of post, besides mine, about our buffs possibly being sick from the heat..
Any thoughts?

Well, heat can be a critical thing for not just Buffs, but all chickens. The only thing that I would recommend, is make sure that they have plenty of fresh water, and shade that can be accessed at all times. Good luck!
