Bugs Around Ducks Eyes

Hi, I have tried the powder for mites. I have used it 3 times and the ducks still have the bugs. I don't know what the bugs are or what to do. Now my giant Peking has a few..I have 3 that have the bugs, and an old white female turkey. I do not know what to do. They bugs do not leave at night...they live on the birds 24/7. They are very visible around the eyes. ANy help is appreciated I have had ducks for 7 years and never had bugs until now.

Some one posted a while back about stick tight fleas or ticks can't remember but they used Vaseline on the bugs and said they fell off so maybe try that I think she said they must have smothered. I'll see if I can find the info and
