House is complete .. Bank inspector was out yesterday .. final draw being made today.

Appraiser coming out today .. very important that we get a good appraisal .. will determine our down payment ..

Very very very stressful week ..

Hang in there. It will be worth it.

When we moved to the farm, it was very stressful for DH. He had a couple melt downs, but now has realized that God gave us this place and isn't setting us up to fail. DH is VERY "type A."

He loves it here. He still has problems looking at all the work that needs to be done, rather than what we have accomplished, but I just have to remind him. We live frugally and are almost out of debt except for the farm. He finally sees the light at the end of the tunnel and life isn't so overwhelming.

I feel good about the appraisal .. We had alot in common, and chatted about horses, Jesus, church .. before she started. I don't expect favors, but at least I feel like we'll get a fair deal
