Leveled out the interior of the foundation. Keeping the dirt ~8" below the top of the block to accommodate the deep litter.

Another update. Slowly but surely making progress. Mixed the leftover bags of concrete and filled the cavities that I will use to secure the sill plates to the foundation with tapcons or some sort of anchor. Might end up being all thread set in epoxy or any other variety of methods.

Also topped the space which will be the doorway so that I'm not walking across open cinder blocks.

One thing I've noticed is that this coop is going to receive a lot of shade! Here's a picture in late afternoon, about 530. Same story in the morning. Seems to get direct sun about 4 hours a day from 11ish-3ish.

Picture update! Ran the electrical recently (20amp circuit for lights and water defroster). Bought what will hopefully be all of the lumber today. Forgot to take a picture until I was unloading the OSB to protect it from moisture. Plan to start framing tomorrow.

Sill plate secured save the two 18.5" pieces up front. Couple more tapcons and ready for walls.

Framed another wall. I'm strategically placing the walls so that all I have to do is raise them in order, but I'm framing them on the foundation because moving them from the driveway is not practical.
