building a plucker

anyone have good directions/instructions on how to build a plucker, like the wizbang?

Here you go. This is plans for the Whizbang but through somebody else that was trying to build one a little cheaper, but all in all it is the same thing.You can even go tot the whizbang's website and buy the plate and the fingers and some other critical parts unless you can fabricate.

Wizbang works great

Did 32 birds in less than 4hrs. put wheels on it it helps alot, we used those trailer thinges that you move snowmobiles around by hand. makes a big difference

I'd say to just buy the Whizbang book. Unless you're really good at building/designing, it's well worth the $20, especially considering you're spending about $300 to build it anyway. The book is great, and very detailed.

We bought the book....BUT did my husband follow the directions in the Book??? NO

But he did a great job! It works GREAT!
