Building first coop for 40-50 chickens which one?

Hottest it usually gets in summer time is maybe 93. Avg 70-80 summer time But winters aren’t harsh tho either stays around 20-40 degrees

Sounds like an excellent climate for an open air coop.

And yes, you can build the open air coop even if they free range most days.

I would do pallets that's what mine are made of and I made them as big as I wanted and wasn't confined to just what the building came as I have 2coops both made from upcycled pallets
