Looks great. Vinyl is a good floor covering I have it in all my houses.

Remember ventilation is very important too they need fresh air and a way for moisture to get out.

yes that is very important you could add a rustic window.

Need some hardware cloth over all openings, plain ole windows screens won't keep Predators out.
