The coops look great! Sadly, I have to insulate all my coops for winter, so I can't build such nice movable structures.

I shall do a quick update on the 4x8s with diagram in the next week.

I would say to build them and try them out for u will save money on feed and u get free fertilizer. Lol.
Just build them right the first time. The cheap blue tarps will only last a year maybe two if your lucky. The heavy duty more expensive tarps u can last with them around 5 years so we’ll worth the money. I will be trying on out with metal flat sheeting however it’s like 30-50 per sheet at only 36” wide.

These r finally going to be moving soon. Lol. But this is where I have some free rangers out front. They are used to going in by themselves at night now.

The new 4x4s with the metal roofing . I like it however there still is changes I would make still thinking about what to do. I don’t think snow load will work out so I have to add more structure.

If it rains food will get wet on the outside so I’m designing a way to have them on the inside and be more efficient.

Finally got the hoop coop moved from the driveway. Using the soil for a strawberry bed

Mom n dad watching over there children that now go like 40 feet out

Caught this guy jumped the fence and was starting some stuff with other males. Oh boy I might have to catch him n give him a hen to slow him down a bit

Her feather are coming in nicely.

As he is walking away he is taking smack to all the other roosters.

Free rangers living it up with the good life. The free life. The come as u go life. Haha better enjoy that will soon change.
