I love this concept, with the first stage brooder above the incubator!!
Well, you posted this, so I'm guessing you didn't end up taking a frying pan upside the head. Likely because she couldn't reach them.
Should have just told her that you would order a pizza perhaps??
lexan polycarbonate...yea it was like 25 for the one larger sheet....and as for single or double....it will be single for right now...the inside is still the fridge so you can image how not flat it is...so until I figure out how to do that part.....if I cut it out then all that insulation will come with it...so this hatch will be single and then I might redo if the fridge bator works out ...the insides alittle nicer....im going to build more coolerbators just incase it doesn't work outI love this concept, with the first stage brooder above the incubator!!
Those compressors are heavy.
Lexan brand name is polycarbonate.
Plexiglass brand name is acrylic.
Which are you using?
Polycarb is tougher but more $$.
Will you use double glaze the viewing windows, inside and out, or just single glazed?
Quote: Oh Yeah.....you'd need to put new sheathing on the entire inside of the doors...
........hmmmm, you could get a sheet of that fiberglass shower stall stuff..might be hard to attach it tho.
Got a pic of the inside of doors?
