i believe that is the peacock pheasant...one of the many kinds...i know a couple of breeders...i hoping to get some this year...but well see how that goes...
got the adult white crested black polish yesterday....as well as the lamonas...yah.....cant wait for them to get bigger...should be getting a bunch of eggs of the lamonas soon...so well see how that goes....be back with some pics...
also i put my 20x20 over my septic i just found out...lol....woops...so the empty line i found out after texroo and misfitmorgan helped me find it...it was in the peach golden pen....so i might be moving all four of the pens that i just built...well see how that goes...cleaning the brooders out for the cemanis that should be coming this week...HOPEFULLY...well see you guys have a wonderful day...it sure is nice out here...well see how long that last....supposed to rain today

right where the peach golden is where we found out septic drain part...lol....and later that day she laid an egg right on the cap...how funny

oh boy the lady amherst is digging a nest...with the tell tale sign of laying by lifting her tail like that...and digging...should we get an egg today....well keep you guys posted...up to 50 pheasant eggs already

we hung a toy for joker and ryah...

and joker playing...wouldnt you guys like to play with my dogs...lol...hes a 100 lbs and can hang...he does this about 15-30 minutes at a time

last year he broke the limb on the other side...i graduated him to a bigger limb...hope he dont break this one

its not to bad....we are making a poo window....lol...basically when we need to empty the tank the window opens the tube goes in and down the hole...the birds go into the shelter...once done then the window goes back shut...minimal issues with the birds...lol...and even tho we dug in each pen to find it...not one of the birds seem to be bothered really...even the lady amherst laid their first egg..and ofcourse we had to crack it and it was fertile...really going to try and spend some time to capture some more good pics...but well see been super busy....also the egg count for the pheasants is at 70 now

I set 14 ringneck from the kids a couple of hours ago. Plus one I set the day after I got them home, if your trying to fill your bater let me know I'll have extra now, I'm expecting Turkey eggs
So I have to leave space in mine.

well the poo guy just left...so got that out of the way...he told me i should move the pens....i guess they push the frost line down farther when you have birds over something like that...so im looking for where im going to put them...lol...that was a bunch of wasted time...bummer...but whatevs...cant change it until i build more coops...so we shall see where i am going to put them...prolly going to have to tear them down and build hoop coops for now...well see you guys in a bit
