building paradise for the birds

@Angie16hearts With the bantam pen it looks like you could run some 2x4s from the roof over the extended side of the bottom following the same angle, line it with wire and that would give them the extra space. As for the full size pen there's floor space under the nesting boxes that can be utilized, and have you considered extending the runs length or even squaring it up, that'll open up those low sides and give you the option to add more sections, almost modular status.

My Seramas have attitude. They showed no fear of the bigger girls. They went right in with them to eat their treats. Hang out in the big girl coop, even tho they have their own coop. So, I guess it depends on your seramas and how bold they are.

as for the bantam coop can I bring run up to top of coop and extend? Maybe throw some roosts in. Or just extend bottom?
Standard, definitely want to open it up. Then I can stand. Also, want to put a few more feet to the right. With another laying area. If you look or may have noticed the door is framed out square. I could maybe extend to that area. I'm going to look at the pictures you suggested. Thank you for the good ideas! Wondering if the second laying are would be a waste? Since they all want to use one box out of my 4 already. But I have 5 more teenagers going in ithe standard coop in about a month.
Edited , I see your first idea for coop oops.

Can't wait to see pictures of the process, I wouldn't worry to much about the extra boxes for now, they'll still use the ones they prefer. At least mine do. Lol. Waiting in line squawking at each other to move.

Right, only 1-2 are used anyways. We decided to start next sat and Sunday. Before the rain... I'm super excited but know it's going to be a long weekend and curious birds!!
