hey Chicken Hawk, How are your eggs doing?

Just came across these fibros, quechua olmec. Looks like a pretty cool breed from south america. There's some rumpless ones but I'm not very into those. The others look cool though almost have a hawks head look to them.

attimus i am so jealous....that is the only fibro bird that i dont have....hmm...maybe we can send each other eggs....

How was that huge shrimp??? Looked good. I had a 12 pound lobster once...tasted so nasty and old. Then, I felt terrible for killing the poor thing that was probably a century old just to not be able to eat it bc it was gross.

that shrimp was great....they are 2-4 per pound...was good....going to be getting some alligator and shark hopefully today if the place has it....cant wait to try it...thats for sure...never cooked either so not sure how i am going to cook them

on a note of the birds...we had one coop cave in and had to move the birds to a different coop....ahh...last years end was tough and this one seems to be not a good one as well...hopefully this year gets better...

and as for my hands when they were broken, mom you are funny. i could do all the essentials that i needed to do by myself it was not easy and taking a shower with bags on both of your hands was no fun task that was for sure...but it healed and i can still feel my wrists ache every winter....and every other bone i have broken...seems the cold makes it worse...
well going to be firing up the incubators real soon...getting excited to do that so well see what happens..they are getting disinfected tomorrow and i am turning the incubator on....were are going to hatch out some fibro chicks first....well see you guys around and hope all is well...

I should have been clearer I think, I don't have, I just saw them while I was looking up random chicken stuff. Wish I had these now, but at I believe last price I saw was 250$ for eight eggs, thats a little much for me right now.

Besides I'm gonna need some help putting an incubator together before I start buying eggs all willy nilly

lol yep moms are a wonderful thing.....so ended up getting some alligator, shark, and frog legs to try and grill so will put some pics when i grill them tomorrow....still having fun...but march is the big month....hopefully all goes well...going to be incubating 12 black chicken eggs probably tomorrow...cleaned out the incubator yesterday....gotta get it plugged in for a day....well i shall try and get some pics....but all is good so far this week....just been a little bumpy.....see you guys around....i really hope i can share this year with you guys....

We do too!

In Ohio we are finally getting a break from the cold this weekend. I am counting the days! We have an armload of split firewood left. So, some time will be spent filling the log rack back up for next round. I'll also be working on the coop. I've got my chicks ordered and am looking forward to getting breeding pens together.

Isn't that crazy about his AC chicks. I would love to go out to my coop & find a handful of AC chicks running around. Now mind you, it would be very amazing because I don't even have AC birds Someday birdman I would love to get some AC hatching eggs from you. The nice thing is your close, there would be no shipping involved. Would love to see your operation there Chris
