Yesterday, I drove to Poland, a 100 miles tour to fill up my car, and I still saved money, that is how expesive gas is in Germany right now! My tank holds about 20 gallons, I must add, I also filled a 5 g can extra, i would have taken more cans, but then on my return journey, they would have taxed me .47 cents for EVERY liter I had ( round about 95 l ) including the ones in my tank I saved mony, but was still 171 Euros “lighter ”

Wow! I just Googled and found this:

• Germany: Gasoline (Euro 95) is roughly €2.08–€2.14 per liter.
• Poland: Gasoline (Euro 95) is approximately €1.51–€1.58 per liter.
