Building up the Covey?

Our of my first 6 quail only 1 is for sure a female. 1 is still up in the air all the rest were called for being boys. My second group of quail is 18. They are a bit less then 5 weeks old. 2 are already definitely boys. I am hoping I get 6 or so girls from this group keep them with the grey/silver boy. One of the 2 silver grow outs in this group crows. I have another group of 17 chicks. Again hoping to get around 6 girls more would be great. And today I put in 33 celadon eggs. I plan on keeping the celadon separately in their own breeding group of all the hens and as many boys as can cover them. Now do you all think this is enough to start with? Approximately how many hens would you expect from 36 birds straight run?
