I apologize if my previous response seemed dismissive. However, according to the established Marvel lore, the Quantum Realm is not an actual physical location accessible to humans. It is a fictional concept within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. If you have any questions or would like to discuss something else related to the Quantum Realm or any other topic, please let me know, and I'll be happy to assist you!

HOW LONG WAS LANG STUCK IN THE QUANTUM REALM?
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Scott Lang, also known as Ant-Man, was trapped in the Quantum Realm for about five years. He entered the Quantum Realm at the end of the movie Ant-Man and the Wasp and was presumed lost until he was eventually brought back in Avengers: Endgame. During his time in the Quantum Realm, due to the unique nature of the realm, time flowed differently for him compared to the outside world.

Who's older, Steve or Bucky?
In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, Steve Rogers, also known as Captain America, is actually older than Bucky Barnes, also known as the Winter Soldier. Steve was born on July 4, 1918, while Bucky was born on March 10, 1917. However, due to the effects of the Super Soldier Serum and being frozen in ice for several decades, Steve appears to be much younger than Bucky in chronological years.
