Bulbous Deformity near the right wing of a chick. Any advice is appreciated. Is this Life Threatening?

Betadin only. We don't want maggots in the wound.

I had a chick with Mushy Chick Disease, & she survived surprisingly. All I applied was triple antibiotic ointment to her navel.
This is before I did anything to it.

She recently caught pneumonia, & went down hill fast, so I had to put her down. She had so much fluid in her lungs it came out of her mouth, & she started turning purple due to lack of oxygen.
Here she is at 5 weeks old.
