Bulknaturals co-op just started carrying various livestock feed. They are all organic but some of the feeds are also available in no soy versions. Since I'm in TN the shipping/transport fee for my orders are only $5-6 (I'm not sure how they calculate it) for drop off locations. It's currently 29.75 for a 50 lb bag.

Azure Standard also has some organic/no soy feed as well. I'm having trouble getting the drop off information locally so I don't know the drop off cost yet. But they have various truck routes. You'll have to call or email to see if you area is served.
