All of my birds are about 12 weeks old my Cockrell has now started chasing one of my girls and pulling her feathers out he pecks her on the back of the head and he pulled out almost all of her tail feathers should I be finding him a new home?

That or place him in a separate pen until the pullets mature. Testosterone is turning him into a teenaged monster.
