how to stop a bully hen from attacking a younger one?

Did you follow any kind of integration plan? Do you have sufficient space (both coop and run), feeding stations, places of refuge for the younger chicken? What age is the younger bird? What rank is the bully within your flock? Is the young chicken the only one to be integrated? What are the breeds (e.g. standard / bantam / commercial). I'm sure that there are other variables to consider, but providing some details would help us to help you.
