Bully Hen

I own 5 hens, my head hen being Fries.
Not so long ago, she has started mounting 'Jeremy', and it has gotten to the point of what looks to be wounds on the back of her head. Is there any way I can stop this behavior, or at least protect her?

It is most likely a dominance thing. Chicken saddles will help protect the girls from being plucked further and will give the new feathers time to grow (this may not happens until the next molt). You can also try Pinless Peepers for Fries.
