Bully Is Starting Again, Need Ideas

I agree with personal security in what ever form you choose. BUT!!! If you carry a gun you had better be ready to kill! It is easier said than done! Trust me!!! That being said so far I have not heard anything to warrant a gun. There may be more to the story, which is none of my buisness. But so far, Yes he is instagating it but if he does not make first physical action YOU are guilty! Now, here in texas you have the right to kill if you or your property are in direct danger or if you fear for your life. but the "bird" and names are not life threatening. Yes, it is childish and stupid for him to be acting like that. I would go to the law, file a complaint everytime he does something! This way you have a paper trail for future record if needed! This will help when you need a RO!

What started it all was the cousins divorce of all stupid things. Ex-cousin accused DH of stalking her to this guy, which he was not. If she was in the bar when he would walk in he would turn around and leave. She followed DH around one night.
This guy has beaten people up and put one guy in the hospital. They were too scared of him to file charges. He was also accused of beating his ex-wife.

I have a CWP too. When you have a person known for beating on people you want some form of protection.

We asked about a RO/PO and were told we couldn't have one. This was right after the assault.

State law is the use of deadly force in which you have in fear for your life.

CariLynn I wasn't being flippant. Just last night at dusk someone was coming down into our yard, our dogs went to barking like mad and I heard them tear out of here. That scared me. We are at the end of the road.
I didn't see who it was.
The comment was mainly for Boyd.

That's in the state of texas, and he killed those illegal immigrants after they crossed from the neighbors lawn into his own...

I've heard the 911 on that a whooooooooooooole bunch.

I was a little bit amazed he got off. I heard the 911 tape too. Didn't sound like he was being threatened. Just PO'd at the gall of the guys he shot.
