Bully now gets Bullied

ADVICE NEEDED!! I have 4 TS silkies. One was relentlessly bulling another (like, drawing blood) I put peepers on her several months ago and they have worked wonderfully.

She managed to get them off yesterday and now the chicken that she WAS bullying will not let her leave the coop. She chases her back in as soon as she sets foot out of the coop. She just stays inside on the roost now. What do I do? Is this a pecking order thing and will resolve? Or is this bullying? Does she think she is a new chicken now that she doesn't have the peepers on?

I'd just let them work it out as long as no blood is being drawn. Set up some extra feed and water areas for now so that they can occupy themselves with other things and not block food or water.
