BULLY RIR HEN

I only have 2 rir hens about a year old. I purchased them 2 weeks ago they have only layed 2 eggs in the last 2 weeks and one hen is pecking on the other pretty hard during feeding and on the roost! should i intervene or leave them alone. I also have some pullets i plan to intergrate in with them in the next few weeks. Not sure if i should cull the bully or leave her alone?

I heard that if you isolate the bully hen into a seperate area, sometimes that will give her an attitude adjustment. I'm thinking I'm going to try this myself this weekend and I am hoping that it works. Good luck to you!
