Bullying in the flock

I’ve posted in here before about this issue and things were going ok. But today was probably the worst ever incident and I need help on what steps to take.
My Wyandotte has been picked on by my 2 RIR since the very beginning. I followed the advice of eveyone on here & it has worked well. But today I went in the coop to give treats cuz it’s a rainy day, I didn’t see the Wyandotte right away. She heard me and came running towards me. I could see she was pecked on really bad. I scooped her up and took her inside to look at her injuries. It looks like they were on top of her for a while.☹️ An area on her side is missing feathers but no broken skin. But the top of her head is all red, the bleeding has stopped. I have her wrapped in a warm towel on my lap. What should I do?! I can’t say for sure it was the RIR’s I didnt see it but I’ve caught them hopping on top of her, hanging up on her several times and shoo them away. Usually she finds her way safely around the coop, but today she wasn’t so lucky. I do not want to get rid of any of them. Please help with your advice.
