Bullying or Pecking Order?

Sorry I don't have photos of the whole thing. This was my first start to finish build so be kind lol! I will try to get a whole run tonight since I can't post the video.

:lau Great start for a haiku!
Tiffany’s breggfast.
I think you need a roof
I wonder what more?

Where is the entrance? How do you clean the coop? Pic from the other side?

Some ideas for a start:
  • make a real big roof on the coop with a pillar on each corner. Make hwc around it for extra/safe run space.
  • attach the coop to the run.
  • put hwc 1‘ as a slab tied to the bottom of the run and put terrace tiles on the hwc to keep the predators out.

Once my husbands plants are done for the year we plan to rebuild. I will use all these techniques and give them more space. As an update (I like them so others might too) the littles and bigs are all getting along. My only concern is at night Fluffy Butt (the silkie) sleeps alone while the other 4 sleep up higher. They don't seem to ignore her during the day or treat her poorly, so I don't know if maybe that's just where she is happy.

In general : Silkies don’t roost. At least the European type doesn’t. That’s one important reason I don’t want Silkies.

Fluffy Butt didn't want me to take any photos.. i went away a couple days and she seems to have forgotten that I am the treat giver
