Bullying?

The pullets have been picking at a golden Brahma (surprising as she is by the largest) and when she sits/rests her back is very bare in one side. Can I somehow deter them from picking at her or just let her defend herself for a few days?

Feather pecking/plucking is generally a result of boredom/overcrowding or sometimes protein deficiency. In extreme cases it can escalate to cannibalism. If they have enough space you might want to try protein supplementation.
