Bullying

I have a chicken that I've just nursed back to health after being badly bullied. I'd like to get her accepted back into the flock, so she can free range with the rest of them. I've tried releasing her in the pen, but at least 2 other chickens were 'having a go' at her. I'm wondering what the best way to go about this is - i know about punishing the culprits, but in the case of there being more than one, do I jail them together? and do they need to be somewhere they can see the rest of the flock or not? I'd really appreciate people's input on this

How long was she separated?
Was she in sight of the flock during her separation?
How big is your coop and run, in feet by feet?
