We had incubator chicks hatch 3 days ago. One of them isn’t putting weight on her leg. It doesn’t look like anything is abnormal. What can we do?

If you think the issue is the leg you can try to splint it. I had a chick stand on one leg and limp a bit when I first got them. I kept a eye on her and she slowly started using the leg more. She would sort of limping to food and water. She would draw the leg in when she stood like a flamingo. The leg wasn't red or swollen or hurt that I could see so I kept a eye on her. A week later she is no longer limping and stands with both legs. Perhaps in shipping she got bruised or it was sore but she seemed to pull out of it. She was able to limp to the heat and get to her food and water so I kept a eye on her. If she didn't get better I would have tried a splint. Best wishes and hope she gets better soon.

This is the leg/foot
