I'd keep her caged for a week or two so she doesn't move around a lot, let this sprain heal. Keep her in the coop and run so the others see her and don't forget her. Let her sleep in the cage too, you can put a friend in there with her to sleep. You can give her 1 baby aspirin (no adult, only baby aspirin) once a day, you can put it in a raisin or hide it in something she will eat. This will help with pain and inflammation.
