First time on here. One of my wyandottes won’t use her leg. I picked her up and see no damage. She appears healthy as do other chickens. Suggestions??

Bumbles?hello and welcome! most of the times when that happened to one of my ducks they were fine after Couple days of rest. i think they sometimes get sprained. did you look under her feet for any bumbles?

Glad you joined.
Look at the pad on the bottom of the foot. If you see a scab or sore with lots of redness and swelling, its going to be Bumblefoot which is an infection from getting a poke in the foot pad. She will need soakings and possibly bumblefoot surgery, which you can do yourself. If the pad is good, its possible she sprained her leg jumping off the roost bar. How high are your bars? Heavy breeds shouldn't be jumping or flying down from high places, they can sprain ligaments when landing. So if this is possibly the case, you might lower your bars to about 15" off the floor, deep bedding to landing is skid proof and soft.
