Bumble foot on baby chick?

It does look better. Here's a fairly recent thread that has good info on treating a chick. I think it would apply here. I suggest you read the whole thread but pay particular attention to the posts #10 and #12 by @Hen Pen Jem good info there with some treatment options. Though your chick only has one foot affected and it's likely because of debris being stuck on, it's well worth a read.
