Bumble Foot on chicken?

Hey I am 80% sure my Wyandotte named CAspaina has bumble foot. But it is on her back toe so I am not sure how to treat it. He used that toe to grip on the perches. She is always in the perch. What is the best way to treat it?

Here is a very good video from an older post on BYC. It is extremely graphic. You would want to get the infection out of her feet.
