HELP! Is this bumble foot healing?

Hello! I have a 5 year old Amerecauna with bumble foot on the pad of her toe. She had it a while ago, but then it was healing and the swelling was going down. Wasn’t hurting her, no big deal. I must’ve not treated it long enough, because a few days ago I see it back. And much deeper. The first time it was very shallow, didn’t reach muscle. This time I peeled it out and I saw muscle beneath it. I can’t tell if it’s healing or not, I tried picking at the black stuff but it pulled up and bled, so hopefully it’s live tissue doing its thing? Been soaking it and putting betadine on it then wrapping it. I’m taking her to a show in 2 weeks, hoping it’ll try and heal by then. Thoughts and tips?

Since it's starting to swell again, I'd re-treat it.
