I recently just noticed on my black swedish ducks feet that they had this, it dosent seem to bother them and they arnt limping or in any visible pain. I've done some reaserch and haven't been sure which one it is, they are both a little over a year old and are laying currently.

That looks like bumblefoot to me. The heel pad is a common place to get it for bigger ducks. I would soak that and try to pull it off gently, then treat, wrap, and keep clean and dry for a couple days. Due to the size you'll probably have to repeat that process several times. There are tons of threads on BYC about treating bumblefoot, also with photos.

How long do you recommend I soak it for? And would I just use plain water?

Soak it in lukewarm epsom salt water for 10-15 minutes - just enough to soften the scab. Do a search for bumblefoot on Backyard Chickens before you proceed and read a bunch of them so you can get an idea of what to do. The object is to get any infection you can out of there, then pack it with triple antibiotic ointment (not the pain-free kind), put a piece of gauze over the hole, then wrap the foot with 1 inch vet wrap - not too tight to cut off circulation. Keep your duck from swimming until it's scabbed over, then let them swim in clean fresh water, and rebandage with more ointment.
