Bumble foot or not?

My 3 yo Ameracuana’s one foot seems swollen compared to the other, I took a look at it and there’s a black scab that seemed to scream bumblefoot. The thing is, she had what I thought was bumblefoot before and I treated her for it but never found any kernel, eventually I gave up on it as she wasn’t limping or in any discomfort (this case was a few years ago). Now, I don’t know what the issue is. I managed to remove the black scab but I didn’t find any kernel or anything. There was however, some stringy white stuff, I just assumed they were tendons or muscle fibers or something. Anyways, I wrapped up her foot and had a look at another chicken who might have it too. My 1 year old Blue Cookoo maran has a suspicious yellow scab on the bottom of her foot. I tried getting it out but it was in there pretty well. I wrapped her foot up too and figured I’d ask the experts on here. The first and last pictures are from my Ameracuana and the middle is from the maran. Thanks for any advice!

It’s definitely bumble foot. You can numb it , but you don’t ya e to, then just dig out all of the infection using a sterile nail tool and tweezers. Then use bactine spray and wrap it up until it looks better , don’t wrap too tight. I also do penicillin injections but that’s optional. Good luck!
