I am looking for some help with one of my Cayuga’s flippers. A little over a week ago I noticed her limping and her toe was swollen. I started epsom salt soaks, spraying with vetricyn, and applying neosporin ( without the pain medicine). I do this 2x a day. She has 2 bumps on the bottom of that toe. Her foot is warm to the touch. I have looked and see no sign of a cut or a scab. I’ve had a duck with bumble foot but have always noticed and felt a scab. I’m wondering if it could be a broken toe? She still has a slight limp, but it’s not as bad as it was at first, and she is not holding up her leg like she was at first. She’s still eating, drinking, laying eggs, and keeping up with the rest of the ducks. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I don’t have a vet that will see ducks. I plan on picking up some collidal silver- not sure if it will help.
