Bumble foot?

I have two rescue Perkins, one is limping, took him to the vet and she didn't mention bumble foot but started him on azithromycin and metacam. She thinks osteomyelitis? **he had a prior injury, possibly lost middle toe toe snapping turtle or something. I read to got the tricide neo powder, to soak, which I've ordered. I know the make booties for ducks but can't seem to find them or know what they're called. Does anyone think this looks like bumble foot?? Any advice??
