I just raped raped it in manuka honey. I hoped that black stuff on it is dirt. It was not like that yester day.

My treatment plan is to tomorrow clean it in a Epson salt bath then put triple antibiotic on it and bandage it. do you think that is good?

It look's like the claw has been lost on that foot, and it's most likely infected by the size of the swelling.

Keep it clean, put some antibiotic ointment on it making sure that one of the ingredient's listed on it isn't a "cane", and then bandage it but not too tight because you don't want to cut off the blood circulation. The chicken may try to peck it off though.
