Bumble foot?

Okay, I will try this. Thank you, so you suggest I just wrap the bumble and it should go away on its own if I do what you wrote above every three days? sorry I’ve never dealt with this. I did have antibiotics but I used up the last of those so I’ll go pick up those. Is there anything else you suggest I pick up? Thanks for all the help it is very much appreciated.
Sorry but I would not call this bumblefoot, a foot injury yes but bumblefoot is on the bottom of the foot not the top.

I have dealt with bumblefoot in a macaw I fostered, it was pretty bad, I soaked her foot, to soften up the sore/scab and then soaked it again once the debris was removed and cleaned out what pus and gunk I could. I then put some peroxide on it, then I applied some iodine and followed up with some antibiotics and wrapped her both of her feet, parrots seem to accept the bandage better if you bandage both feet. She took oral antibiotics and I gave her some cod liver oil, B complex and minerals drops. Once it started the healing process I used EMT gel on her foot and just a light bandage. It healed up pretty fast.

I agree with an epsom salt soak and a warm compress is what I was going to suggest, too. It may come to a head on its own. If you decide to make an incision, be very careful to be sterile about it and keep it as small as possible. We’ve seen a lot of chickens end up loosing their feet with incisions that get infected. There are also a lot that heal up just fine, though. Keep us updated.
I had a hen that had to have a toe amputated because the infection went into the bone. This was after a vet was supposed to remove the infection core but didn't and told me it would heal.

The hen I mentioned had been treated for bumblefoot. But the infection worked it's way out between her toes, much like the picture the OP posted. It was the easiest bumblefoot I've dealt with. The skin on the bottom of the feet is so hard I hate trying to cut through to take the scab off. The skin on the top of the foot was easier to work with. And when I put pressure on the swollen bottom of the foot it drained between the toes. There was a decent hole to pack with antibiotic and it healed quickly.

Well this is what I said - so it's not just wrapping.

"Soak in water with iodine for about 10 min. Dry off, then put a gauze pad with neosporin, wrap with vet wrap. Leave on for 3 days or whenever the wrap falls off. Check and repeat."

I've treated without antibiotics, but I know some have had to use them.
