Hello and welcome to BYC!Glad you joined.
The best way to treat it depends on the severity of the bumblefoot. Can you post some pictures of it?

I forgot to mention, if you need help getting it to drain you can use a sterilized needle to prick it.Welcome to BYC. That looks ready to drain.
You need:
2 pair of gloves
An 81mg chewable asprin
Triple Antibiotic Salve (without pain reliever in it)
A dishpan filled with warm water
A towel
Vetwrap
Give her the asprin and let it take affect while you gather everything up.
Glove up and soak her foot for 10 minutes or more. Pat it dry, and holding her in the towel, peel the scab back. Squeeze a little to get it draining. There will probably be a kernel that pops out. Once this happens smear the Antibiotic Salve on and wrap it with vetwrap. You may need to repeat this 1 or 2x a day for a couple of days but if the kernel is out you can just clean, apply salve, and bandage. It will take a little time to heal. Always wear gloves because it is a staff infection.
Everyday, you need to check for warmth and red streaks in the effected foot that would be caused by a deeper infection and may require a veterinarian treatment with oral antibiotics.
Good luck and keep us posted.
