Hello, I have been treating this as bumble foot for 4 days but it isn’t really changing at all. I saw her one legging it before I started treatment so I know it’s bothering her. But it’s not getting better or worse. Does it look like bumble foot ? I am soaking it in warm Epson salt water for 20 mins then spraying

Vetericyn

, then Neosporin the wrapping it and sending her on her way.

You might try some drawing salve or sugardine in place of the 3x antibiotic ointment for a few days and see if that moves things along.

Is the spot in the middle how it formed or was there a scab there?

Yes, that does look like early bumblefoot. What usually we see is a very dark or black scab on there, and behind it is a core of hardened infection.

Regardless, I'd try PRID. That's a drawing salve, and should pull that infection out. I'd soak it and apply fresh three or so times a day.

VetWrap is one thing that works well for making bandages to cover that up. It's like a stretchy tape that's only sticky on one side, and is easy to remove.

Thank you I will try that! The pad is soft and squishy, there isn’t anything hard in the center.

You might try doing your soaks for longer and seeing if it softens any point on the swelling enough to rupture a bit and let out the pus. For one of my chickens, switching to a very dilute Betadine warm water soak finally made the difference (20-25 minutes).
