Yes, don't cut any more. Pack that hole full of triple antibiotic salve and wrap it up, first with a little gauze, then some cotton, then vet wrap and then duct tape. When that comes off, soak the foot in epson salt and water to clean it, then pack it full of Preperation H and wrap it again. Continue the soak, PrepH, and wrapping until it is completely healed.
