I assume I’m correct in thinking this is the start of bumblefootJust two little spots on the middle and outer toe.

starting epsom salt treatments in the morning and put some antibiotic cream on it for the night

I think so, but they're tiny and if you go ahead with your plan they will probably heal up just fine.
