Bumblefoot!!!!;! Ahhhhhhh!

Update!!!!!!
Out of all my girls with bumblefoot only a few still had remnants of it the rest were looking great I debride it again and use chlorhexidine to clean it after then I added methylene blue because it's an antifungal and it absorbs and keeps the powder tetracycline that I applied to the injury.

And because you were all correct and I believe it was a high issue I lowered all the roosting poles,
And because they didn't like my original ladders I did a DIY that I think everyone should use an old Honda Odyssey all-purpose weather mat middle console tie wrapped it onto my previous ladder then like a conveyor belt they walk down with ease no more jumping down to the ground.
I also this morning painted it for depth perception I have never painted rubber before so I hope it doesn't come off when I wash it from other poop!!!
The metal ladder and the wood ladder were fails!!!

I got a girl with bumblefoot as well. I have been putting triple antibiotic ointment on it but would chlorhexidine be better? and would these work:

Chlorhexidine is a disinfectant kind of soap thing it will work in cleaning but if it has an infection or a big black spot it has to be removed and debride and then add directly into the wound after removing the black spot and biotics tetracycline seems to be a good broad spectrum antibiotic for staph or strep

Yes she went to the vet on Monday and they took out the plug and cleaned it out well. Just wondering what I can put on it as it heals. She got an antibiotic from the vet as well for 7 days but good to know about tetracycline as I will see if I can get some to keep on hand
