Bumblefoot? Bad limp

I’m not sure what happened to my hen but she’s limping bad on one leg

The pad does look swollen but looks almost more like a cut. Why don't you try swabbing it with iodine a couple times a day and keeping her in a clean and dry area for awhile while that soaks in.
