Bumblefoot bandages

I'm in a pinch, we are going on vacation and I'm treating bumblefoot that is closing but I need to keep it bandage so it doesn't get infected again. The bandages would be on for a total of 6 days. What is the best advice for this?

I followed this articles instructions on it when my girl had a bad bumble. It wasn't terribly hard to do and stayed in place.
